Course description :

This course discusses accounting for head offices and branches, accounting concepts and transactions in foreign currencies, interim reports and segmented reporting, accounting for firms in terms of forming operations – owner changes, accounting for corporation regarding liquidation – reorganization – debt restructuring – financial distress, and accounting for non-profit organizations, joint ventures and share- based payment concepts.
