Course description :

This course is the application of accounting to legal issues, and is a combination of three disciplines, namely accounting, auditing, and law. In it, it discusses how the fraud / forensic auditor plays a role in solving dispute problems between individuals and organizations, as well as uncovering the possibility of fraud that occurs in private and public organizations, to be resolved through litigation or non- litigation channels. In general, this course material is divided into two groups. First, fraud and forensic audits in the private sector. Both corruption and fraud / forensic audits in the state sector.
