Course Description  :

This course explained about Cross Cultural Management as a whole including the roles and challenges of Cross-Cultural Management, communication, negotiation and acculturation which are implemented in real cases in multinational companies. In addition, students will also be introduced to corporate social responsibility and ethics that apply to each country with different cultures, as well as the uniqueness of each country with various corporate cultures, so that they understand how to do global business with different countries and cultures.
