Course description:

This course provides learning for the purpose of deepening the theory and concepts of service management that can be practiced in the field of management. Students will actively learn about various concepts, theories and examples of applications in service management. Students will be introduced to an understanding of services, how to develop a design for a service company and manage a service company. To get deeper into the learning process, cases of service companies will be reviewed so that students can analyze how business phenomena are related to service management.
